Our youth group goes to a Christian youth camp called Dallas Chinese Christian Youth Camp (DCCYC) every summer.

This year, DCCYC is June 14–18, and Saturday, April 22, was the Pre-Camp Rally, where we prayed for and talked about camp. This year's theme is "CLUTCH" and our theme verse is Ephesians 5:15–16, "Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil." It's clear that for our joy and for God's glory, we are to make the most of every opportunity God has given us. Sometimes, we make the most of every opportunity, right? But sometimes, we might have an apathetic or lazy approach to the opportunities that God has given us. That's not helpful, nor is that right. We are to use our time, our resources and our talents to make disciples of all nations, to help people and to bring God glory. If you want to learn more about God, Jesus and making the most of every opportunity, join us at camp! I hope you to see you there!

If you have any questions about DCCYC, you can visit dccyc.org or contact any AABC youth counselor.
