Let's make a unified commitment to embrace the essence of the Gospel and allow God's transforming work to be done in and through us as we follow Jesus every day, everywhere and with everyone—bringing others along to follow Him too.

"Discipleship" is a word that is often hijacked and ascribed to so many different things that it has devolved into a nebulous term that no one really understands or truly cares about to make as the focus of their lives—or the focus of their churches. Is it possible that all the attention and energy we put forth about talking about being "disciples" of Jesus is not making a dent in our everyday lives and in the mission that the Church has been given? That would be a scary thought to consider and condition to find ourselves in. Let's make a unified commitment to embrace the essence of the Gospel and allow God's transforming work to be done in and through us as we follow Jesus every day, everywhere and with everyone—bringing others along to follow Him too.
