Sunday School

Our Christian Education (Sunday School) classes aim to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). We meet after the worship service from 11:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Our current course offerings include:

The Bridge (College class)

College/young professional life can be exciting and yet exhausting. Longing for some encouragement and support for this pivotal season of life? Looking for people who can relate to you and challenge your faith? Looking to grow in your spiritual life? We want to journey with you to take a deep dive into the Word of God by studying and discussing the sermon to connect through our common interests and life events and apply what God is teaching in us, through us and for us. Come join us!

Chinese Class: Nehemiah

This course is for Chinese and English speakers interested in learning Chinese who like interactive discussion and practical Bible study in a warm, stimulating atmosphere. Through the life of Nehemiah, we will learn how to pray, overcome opposition and reach goals with prayer, courage and determination.

Parenting Class

Do you want to be perfect parents? Do you want to raise perfect kids? Then DON'T come to this class! However, if you want to learn how imperfect people parent imperfect children for the glory of God—with lots of grace—then DO join this class. This class will be guided by a video series called "Getting to the Heart of Parenting" followed by discussions and ending with lots of prayer.

Marriage Journey Through Love and Respect

Love. Respect. As married couples, we will be reading Emerson Eggerichs's book, studying relevant portions of the living Word and sharing our marriage journey together.

Ask AABC

Each week, we'll ask attendees to throw out questions or topics they find interesting or want to discuss. The class will then vote on a topic and, as a group, explore what the Bible has to say about the question and what, if anything, this means in our life. If you've ever had a question you really want answered or you're looking for a place where people can have open, honest and non-threatening dialogue, you're welcome here. Although each class will involve heavy discussion, each attendee is free to participate as much or as little as they like. No one will be forced to speak, and we will do our best to make sure the conversation remains respectful, non-judgmental and loving.
