Our COVID-19 Response Updates

August 13, 2021
Hi AABC Family,

With the ongoing pandemic and changing landscape of COVID infections, there are three important updates from Council.
  1. Council reconvened the Health Response Team We are grateful for their commitment to providing the latest data/news and relevant recommendations for Council to make decisions based upon spiritual, physical and social needs of the AABC family and our guests.
  2. Council revised the mask policy: Masking is highly recommended for those in Sunday worship service, and masking is required for Children’s Ministry volunteers and children. Thank you for continuing to make our in-person gatherings on Sunday a welcoming and safe space for all to worship, to learn about Jesus, and be His disciples who make disciples.
  3. Council extended the number of days an infected person should contact AABC: If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 5 days of an in-person ministry event and have tested positive, please contact the Health Response Team at This information will help AABC contact anyone potentially exposed. All information will be kept confidential.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know ( Also, please let me know how to pray for you and be of help to you and your loved ones.
